Refund policy
At Benero Mont, we offer a 7-day Return & Refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Pass our quality inspection after the reverse pickup.
Products that fail the quality check will not be eligible for a return & refund.
Unboxing Video
For claims related to wrong, damaged, defective, or missing products, a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package is required. Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.
We will refund within a period of 30 days from the date we receive the items you return (with labels and tags still attached), excluding the delivery fee.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns and refunds are not applicable for:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Products purchased using special Discount offers, coupon codes, or promotional discounts.
- Combo offers or free promotional products.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
- Products that do not pass our quality inspection.
Product Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to photography, studio lighting, image editing, and differences in screen or display settings across devices. Such minor color variations are natural and will not be considered a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Benero Mont reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if the above conditions are not met or if misuse of the policy is detected.
